1-year limited warranty. Products purchased directly from peradii.com are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the delivery date.
What is covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal use in accordance with the instructions supplied with the item. Keep your order number or purchase confirmation as proof of purchase.
What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear, consumed or depleted supplies, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and damage caused by not following care or safety instructions are not covered by this limited warranty. A manufacturing defect in a consumable item is still eligible for review.
How to request warranty service
- Email peradi@aikework.com within the 12-month warranty period.
- Include your order number, product name, a description of the issue and clear photos or a video when available.
- Our team will review the information and provide troubleshooting or warranty return instructions. Stop using any item that appears unsafe.
- For a covered defect, Peradii will provide repair or replacement at no charge. If neither is available, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item.
Warranty shipping and fees
Peradii covers shipping required for an approved warranty service. There is no service charge for a covered repair or replacement. Please contact us first and use the shipping instructions we provide.
Returns in the first 30 days
You can request our 30-day free return and refund service within 30 days after delivery. This is separate from the 1-year warranty.
