30-Day Free Returns and Refunds
Contact Peradii within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered to request a return and refund. This policy applies to products purchased directly from peradii.com.
Your 30-day return window
The return window begins on the delivery date. Include your order number, item name, and reason for the return. You can request a return if you change your mind or if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. For a product problem, please include photos or a short video when available.
Free return shipping and no fees
Peradii covers return shipping for returns requested within the 30-day window. There is no restocking fee or refund processing fee. Before shipping anything back, contact peradi@aikework.com so we can provide a prepaid return label or another return method at no cost to you. Please follow the return instructions provided for your order. The business contact address is not automatically the return address.
How to start a return
1. Email peradi@aikework.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Our team will send the return instructions and a free return method.
3. Pack the items securely with any included accessories and keep your return tracking details.
4. After we receive and check the return, we will issue your refund and send confirmation.
What is refunded?
We refund the amount actually paid for the returned items, including the taxes charged on those items, to the original payment method. There are no deductions for return shipping or restocking. Any original delivery charge shown at checkout is separate from the item price and is also refunded if your return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. For a partial return, only the returned items and their applicable taxes are refunded.
Refund timing
We will email you when the refund has been issued. The time before it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. For a status update, email us with your order number. Do not send payment-card details.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem so we can help. Provide your order number, a description, and photos where possible. Do not continue using an item that appears unsafe.
After 30 days
Our 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is separate from this 30-day return and refund service. Read the warranty at https://peradii.com/pages/warranty.
