Delivery destinations and availability
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether delivery is available and which shipping options apply to your order. Availability can depend on the product and destination.
Shipping charges and taxes
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Review the final total and your delivery address before placing an order. Our free return shipping service applies to qualifying returns; it does not mean that outbound delivery is free.
Processing and delivery estimates
Processing and delivery time depend on the item, destination, and carrier. For an estimate before ordering, email peradi@aikework.com with the product name and destination ZIP code. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, or within 30 days after receiving your completed order when no shipment time was stated, we will notify you of the delay and ask whether you agree to wait. If you do not agree to the delay, or we cannot obtain your consent, we will cancel the unshipped merchandise and issue a prompt refund as required by applicable law.
Order confirmation and tracking
Keep your order confirmation and order number. When shipment tracking is supplied for your order, use the tracking link in the shipment update to see the carrier's latest status. Contact us if you have not received an update or need help locating your order.
Address changes and delivery problems
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or change an order. A change may no longer be possible after dispatch. For a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, send your order number and a description of the problem; include photos where available.
